General Tips
Hand wash or machine wash in cold water. Wash dark and light colors separately. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.

For Cotton & Rayon:
Turn garments inside out before washing. Dry in shade to avoid color fading. Iron on low heat if needed.

For Printed Fabrics:
Do not soak printed garments. Avoid scrubbing the printed area.

For Silk & Delicate Fabrics:
Dry clean recommended. If washing at home, use a mild baby shampoo. Avoid twisting or wringing the fabric.

Shipping: We partner with top courier services to ensure quick delivery. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Delivery timelines: Metro cities: 3–4 working days

Tier-2 cities: 4–5 working days
Rural areas: 5–6 working days
Note: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12–15 days due to unforeseen delays.

Returns & Exchanges: We only accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Minor color or size variation (within 10–15%) is not eligible. Returns are valid only for items above ₹599.

To request a return or exchange: Record an unboxing video. Take photos of the shipping label and item. Email them to loopstrendz@gmail.com.

Exchange: ₹200 reverse pickup fee. Only same product/size available for exchange; if unavailable, choose another in-stock item.

Returns: Self-ship the item. A ₹250 handling fee applies. COD charges are non-refundable.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.

Note: No returns on discounted items, festive offers, or B1G1/B2G1 free deals.

Refunds (Prepaid): Processed to original payment method within 3–5 days.

Refunds (COD): Bank details required; refund via NEFT/UPI in 4–5 days.
